Set Clear Boundaries
Establish "office hours" with your family. Let them know when it's work time and when they can interrupt you. Create a sign for your door if it helps. Something like "Mom's Office: Enter at Your Own Risk.” Humor goes a long way, and it’ll keep them out of your hair (hopefully!).
Quality Over Quantity
When you’re clocked out, make it count! Spend quality time with family and engage in activities. Whether it’s playing a board game with the grandkids or binge-watching a new series on Netflix, be all in. After all, we can’t just live for work.

Embracing Flexibility: It’s Okay to Pivot
One of the best perks of working from home is the flexibility it allows. Need to adjust your schedule to attend a school play or help with homework? Go for it! Just remember to communicate with your boss or clients to keep them in the loop. There’s no shame in asking for flexibility.
